- Once your booking request has been confirmed you will be sent a payment authority form where you will be required to provide credit card details to guarantee your accommodation. Until this information is received your booking is not guaranteed. FULL PAYMENT will be required on check-in at the hotel and a tax invoice provided on check-out.

Cancellations made between 27 July to 12 August: penalty of one night’s accommodation value
Cancellation made from 13 August: 100% cancellation fee.
